Canon Conventions
- All project material is treated as canon unless a later conversation or document overrides it.
- Later decisions take precedence over earlier drafts.
- Meaningful revisions are identified in GM Notes.
- Rumors, religious claims, incomplete research, and unresolved theories remain framed as such.
- Official Daggerheart books are referenced where useful, but their general rules and setting text are not reproduced.
- Player names appear only to identify who plays a character. Personal player details are excluded.

Central Campaign Questions
- What happened to Amun?
- What is the true relationship between Ra and Vecna?
- How can the party descend into the Bowels of Anubis?
- Why did the Ashen Vow die?
- Why were Intrepid’s inhabitants abducted?
- What is happening in the Cinderquartz mine?
Major Notable Revisions
- Intrepid’s origin: The early “tiny cadets stole a Clank” concept was replaced. Intrepid is now the rebuilt husk of a once-sentient Clank, inhabited by magically miniaturized abductees led by Captain Jenna Marshall.
- Intrepid’s old artifact hook: The earliest idea that one shared society depended on a failing artifact no longer fits the revised origin and remains unresolved rather than current fact.
- Public cosmology: Early remade-world planning described an openly Vecna-centered society. Later campaign material presents Ra as the dominant public deity. Vecna’s metaphysical authorship remains canon, but the relationship between the two structures is unresolved.
- Visual style: Early epilogue work used black-and-white storyboard art. The later
ART-STYLE.mdestablishes full-color cinematic fantasy RPG sourcebook art as the default; storyboard style is now used only when explicitly requested. - Current roster: The current party contains six characters, including Jengo Dustpaw. The previous-life party remains historical material rather than a mechanical template.
